Rhodiola rosea (strong) is a dietary supplement designed particularly to provide both physical and mental energy and reduce feelings of fatigue and tiredness.
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) is an ancient alpine tonic-adaptogenic plant native to Russia and Asia. Useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue, Rhodiola root (called "golden root") also promotes normal mood. It can boast uses dating back thousands of years; the Vikings used it to increase their physical endurance; in the Middle Ages Chinese emperors launched expeditions in order to procure the plant. It became an "official" drug first in Russia in 1969 and then in Sweden in 1985.
Ginseng (Panax notoginseng) is a herbaceous plant widespread in China, Korea and eastern Russia. It has an ancient tradition of use because of the extraordinary properties derived from the root, which is a natural source of ginsenosides with tonic-adaptogenic action, useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue and was called the "root of life." It has tonic-adaptogenic, antioxidant action and is supportive in situations of physical and mental fatigue.
Ashwagandha. Scientific studies have revealed that this plant also contains strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties as well as the ability to prevent and treat many health conditions, particularly related to stress and anxiety. Ginkgo Biloba is known for its ability to improve memory and cognitive function; studies have shown that Ginkgo Biloba can increase blood flow to the brain, thereby improving blood circulation and oxygenation of the brain.
